You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
Free Returns
Vappo offers free returns on eligible items.
Vappo covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns. If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We do not charge restocking or handling fees. Once the return is approved and received, you will be refunded the product purchase price.

All original components, accessories, and tags must be included
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email
Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
