Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What are the shipping costs? We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99.99 USD. Orders under $99.99 are charged a flat rate of $12 USD.
How long will it take to receive my order? The total estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days. This includes a handling time of 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) and a transit time of 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri).
Is there an order cutoff time? Yes, orders are processed based on a cutoff time of 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Do you offer expedited shipping? Currently, we provide UPS Ground as our primary delivery method to ensure reliable and consistent service for all customers.
Orders & Returns
What should I do if my package arrives damaged? Please contact us at hi@vappo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damage so we can prioritize your replacement or refund.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at +1 0000000000. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we may be unable to redirect it.
What is your return policy? We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at hi@vappo.com to initiate a return. Opened or used disposable vape products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
What if I receive the wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@vappo.com with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund.
